Within the activities carried out under the Erasmus+ accreditation, on 3oth of April 2025 we organized an event at “George Emil Palade” Theoretical High School in Constanța.
During this event, Alexandra Ionescu (Learning Area Coordinator) and Ana Munteanu (Social Media & Communication Officer) presented the Erasmus+ Programme and the work of the organization Inițiative Sociale, including the accreditation objectives and the vision for the current and following year.
Students and teachers learned about the opportunities for mobility, personal development, and civic engagement offered by the programme.
Additionally, the 30 participants took part in a “PRO & CON” debate workshop, featuring open and closed questions on the topic of formal education, non-formal education, and employability.
The activity encouraged critical thinking and constructive dialogue among participants.
Examples of questions discussed:
- Do you find role-play sessions during Erasmus+ mobilities useful in preparing for job interviews?
- Do you think non-formal education contributes to developing the skills required on the labor market?
- How do you see the future of young people in the context of rising youth unemployment?
The event concluded with the signing of a partnership agreement between Inițiative Sociale and the high school, strengthening collaboration with the local community and opening new perspectives and opportunities.
