 "Reflecting on an unforgettable Erasmus+ journey with Initiative Sociale

After 10 days of laughter, learning, and late-night discussions, I’m heading home with a full heart and a mind buzzing with ideas. Representing Greece in this youth exchange was both an honor and a responsibility — one that challenged me to share, listen, and grow alongside passionate young people from across Europe.

From the icebreaker games and deep dives into youth employability to the cultural evenings and the powerful “NextGen HACKATHON,” this program wasn’t just about skills, it was about connection. Whether it was crafting a Video CV, role-playing an interview, or reflecting on what we’ll bring back to our communities, each session pushed us to think critically and act boldly.

One of the most inspiring moments was presenting what I’ll share back home. It reminded me that Erasmus+ isn’t just an experience, it’s a ripple effect. The lessons I’ve learned here will stay with me and shape how I contribute to youth empowerment back in Greece.

After 10 unforgettable days with Initiative Sociale and Erasmus+, I returned home full of memories and experiences of learning, sharing, and growing together.

Throughout the program, we explored topics like youth employability, digital skills, and personal development, not just in theory, but through hands-on activities. So shout out to our facilitators. Every activity challenged us to step out of our comfort zones and engage with purpose. Each day brought something new, and each person brought a unique story.
