Dissemination of NextGen: EmployAbility (DGT Polska, Poland)

 "After our youth exchange project, I had the opportunity to participate in a training course focused on Disinformation. This course took place in Vatra Dornei, Romania, and brought together 32 youth workers from 9 European countries. The group had diverse competencies, including critical thinking and strategies for avoiding disinformation.

• I saw this as an excellent chance to share the information and knowledge gained from the "NextGen: EmployAbility" organization, specifically regarding employability skills. We engaged in interactive workshops, dynamic group work, and cross-cultural exchanges to facilitate this learning and dissemination.

• As the group, was already equipped with the basic knowledge on the Erasmus+ program the attention was totally dedicated to the topic o employability of youth.

• I kept the focus on what I have considered to be the most impactful activities : the video CV, short video interview and hackathon workshop. These actives teach us how to better present and sell our skills to the employers and take us out of our comfort zone to finalize a task in a limited amount of time.

• Youth Workers were happy to learn this new knowledge and they will apply it in their future recruitment processes and as well they will inform their friends about it that will increase the reach of the dissemination to a group of more than 100 youngsters in the EU countries." - Horia

We were part of the “NextGen: EmployAbility” Youth Exchange in Vatra Dornei, Romania! 🇷🇴

Between June 2–12, 2025, DGT Polska proudly joined 6 other partner organizations for an Erasmus+ youth exchange held in Vatra Dornei (Argestru), Romania. 🇪🇺

Together with 45 young people and 7 group leaders from Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, Greece, Czech Republic, Turkey and Poland, our team explored employability skills through interactive workshops, dynamic group work and cross-cultural exchange. The focus? Building confidence, boosting key competences and preparing for the modern labor market.

Throughout 9 days, our participants:

🔹 Strengthened skills in communication, teamwork, adaptability and problem-solving

🔹 Took part in personal development sessions

🔹 Engaged in cultural evenings and international bonding

🔹 Gained tools to support their future careers
