"Erasmus+ "NextGen EmployAbility" - Vatra Dornei, Romania

An intensive week focused on tackling the critical issue of youth unemployment across Europe.

I had the amazing opportunity to collaborate with participants from Italy 🇮🇹, Greece, Romania 🇷🇴, Bulgaria 🇧🇬, Czech Republic 🇨🇿, Poland 🇵🇱, and Turkey 🇹🇷. We delved deep into the unemployment situation in our respective countries, sharing insights and discussing potential solutions.

The project also included practical job interview simulations and insightful introductions to the Erasmus+ program itself. I learned an immense amount, not just about the challenges facing young people today, but also about effective strategies for career development.

This experience truly pushed me to test my soft skills – from communication and teamwork to problem-solving and critical thinking. Beyond the workshops and simulations, I had the privilege of meeting so many inspiring individuals from diverse backgrounds. The connections I made and the friendships I formed are invaluable.

"I recently had the opportunity to be part of 9-day Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “NextGen: EmployAbility” held in Vatra Dornei, Romania, organized by Initiative Sociale.

It was an incredible journey of learning, connection, and cultural exchange with participants from Italy, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Poland, Türkiye, and Romania.

Throughout the program, we explored key employability skills through interactive workshops and team activities, the most meaningful part for me was the chance to connect with people from different cultures, share perspectives, and grow together.

"🇷🇴I was excited to take part in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Next generation employability” organized by “Initiative sociale” in the beautiful city of Vatra Dornei by the even more beautiful and wonderful coordinators and facilitators Ana, Lexi, and Adrian. The project brought together participants from Romania, Turkey, Italy, Czechia, Bulgaria, Greece and Poland. I had the chance to meet many fascinating people and learn about their cultures. 🌍

During the project, I got to participate several activities such as Hackaton and participating Roleplay game and creativity workshops.

Romani was full of surprises and amazing paths. Every day was filled with adventures and love. It was truly an enriching experience. 💚👩🏼💁🏽‍♂️🫶🏼
